Microsoft Office add-ins issue

Some of the users told us about an issue they had with TagMyDoc for Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). After starting the program, the TagMyDoc add-in may be disabled by default. Here are some steps to re-enable it.

First, click on "File" at the top left of the program and select "Options" from the list (for 2007 users, click the orb at the top left and select "Word Options".

Then, select "Add-ins" in the left sidebar and choose "Disabled Items" in the drop down menu at the bottom of the window. Click "Go…".

A new popup window will open. Check TagMyDoc click on "Enable".
